We have the perfect plan for you - Semi Personal Training, we only take from 4 to 8 people a session, you get a private fitness consultation , nutrition information, 2 sessions per week and all the benefits from crosstraining.
Our program runs for 4 weeks and at the end of these sessions you will get a private consultation to track your progress.
